Risk Factors

Like any other investment, there are risks that are associated with purchasing Tax Liens and Tax Deeds that each investor must be aware of. Please do proper due diligence prior to investing.

All investments (Tax Liens & Tax Deed Included) offered by this investment vehicle and managed by our firm even though are considered lower risk Investments; their purchase involves certain degree of risk. Each investor should consider every risk before investing. Please refer to the risk factors section of the investment vehicles private placement memorandum. Specifically, each investor should be clearly aware that any projected revenues shall not be necessarily indicative of future results. Please note that both Tax Liens and Tax Deed investing is recession bullet proof since we are acquiring real estate properties at significantly deep discount of 50% or more. Every real estate transaction and acquired property went through very detailed screening, pre-selecting and detailed research has been performed to eliminating all potential risks.

Payout Structure

Typically, our firm keeps 50% of Investors Profit. However, the Payout structure may differ from deal to deal depending on multiple factors such as: Investors Investment Objectives, Initial Investment capital, time frame and others. Each investor will receive annual, semi-annual or per Investment transaction base payouts (per preference). For an example, if our overall fund will generate 22% profit for two quarters, (based on initial investment of 100,000 dollars), an investor will receive 22,000 dollars at the beginning of the following month (minus the fee). Each investor will be able to see the performance on our secure web-portal that is frequently updated. In addition, each investor will receive reports detailing the previous months performance updates and activities.

Query / Reporting Investors Reports

To make reporting convenient to our clients, each investor will be able to download a detailed report for all transactions available from the date we received Investment fund. New reports will be frequently updated and available for download from our web portal. Reports will include monthly statements in PDF format, Financial Statements, P&L, as well as detail updates on all Investment real estate transactions that we made.
Lastly, each Investor will automatically receive updated Business Plan annually and will be able to request and obtain Tax-returns for the most recent year an Investor Invested capital.
