What we do

Our firm invests not only our own funds but investors capital and capital from joint venture partners in multiple investments and residential-commercial real estate transactions. We also invest in other very Lucrative Investments outside of real-estate. Most of these investment transactions are purchased at significant discounts of 40% to 50% or more. Our highly sophisticated proven non-traditional real estate model and strategies were designed to generate both safe and / or more aggressive returns to our clients.

We invest exclusively in non-traditional real estate investments using our proven strategies in most favorable markets, which has generated on average double to triple digit returns to our clients.

Our Services

Premium Services are provided to our clients, investors and joint ventured partners. An initial investment of 100,000 dollars or more includes detailed 90 minute in person consultation with the CEO focusing on Investors’ needs and goals. Personal Investment Plan with Investors’ projected revenue will be created and tailored specifically to investor’s needs with an ultimate goal of reaching clients’ Investment objectives. Forming a new partnership entity between an Investor with Higher Investment Base and Prosper Organization is optional. We would like to ensure our clients’ Business entities have been formed properly and offer full Asset protection our Investors on the money that they worked so hard for.

First, purchasing Tax Liens causes the Counties, Municipalities and other taxing jurisdictions to pay and maintain local parks, fire departments, roads, bridges, police departments and libraries, etc. It is also important to mention that the highest percentage goes to school system.

Second, by investors stepping in and purchasing Tax Liens we create an extension for the property owners to pay for the property taxes.

Third, in return for purchasing Tax Liens, investors receive interest that’s guaranteed by the state law and back by piece of real estate.

Some of these services are: Financial Planners, setting up a land trust, forming new legal entity while taking advantage of significant tax deductions with no State taxes, Asset Protection, formation of Family Limited Partnerships and Living Trust and others. Our existing clients will be able to work directly with such professionals to ensure proper legal structure of their legal entities.

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

With nearly 20 years in technology, financial sector and over five years of non-traditional real estate background, Mark brings his knowledge into this organization. Mark has a strong entrepreneurial mindset and has always been strongly dedicated to financial and investing startups. He has launch hedge fund where he has been trading options and has architected various trading strategies. Mark is very active in establishing relationship with new potential Investors that ultimately transform into firms’ clients. In addition, Mark has developed his talent by adapting multiple strategies that led to the formation of his investment firm. Mark is married and originally resides in Calabasas, California with his wife and their two children. Mark has relocated to the state of Florida with his family for the sole purpose of making real estate investment purchases. Mark continues to build relationships with new potential investors with the purpose of making steady returns to all of his clients while building company’s track record and reputation.


Anna Krellova

Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer

Anna’s background is in retail-management and finance. In addition Anna has several years of experience in traditional real estate. Anna handles Company’s finances and is overseeing all financial aspects of the entire organization. Part of Anna’s required responsibility is to perform two basic internal audits:

  1. Audit performed each time the property is sold and the deal has been closed.
  2. Semi-annual audits of all financial transactions

Anna is constantly being updated with all state laws to ensure the changes have not been made. She will also work closely with our CPA’s. Anna will be providing all financial statements of the company, Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Profit and Loss Reports etc.

Swetha

Investment Logistics

Swetha has over 12 years of experience in the IT industry working as a Compliance Manager in a reputed firm. She is a composed person who believes in hard work in order to achieve desired goals using no shortcuts. Swetha graduated with a degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University, and did her Post Graduate work in Project Management at Manav Bharti University. Swetha has prior professional experience related to specific area of real estate that helped her to work on several counties she has been assigned to. Swetha is loyal employee with great qualities.


Matt

Communications and Research Expert

Matt he has been studying concepts of Real Estate Investing for many years. He has put some of those techniques into practice and has purchased Investment Properties, resold for profit, & managed for cash-flow. He has experienced being a property landlord and property manager of a duplex for about three years. Matt has been studying and actively purchasing Tax Lien Certificates, and is actively studying the concept of Tax Deed Investing. He views himself as very detail oriented and is in process of developing his personal and business Organizational Chart. He enjoys being a part of our Organization and works towards improving the success of our Investment Firm.
